If you currently have a fully functioning HR department but are in need of assistance in a specific area or multiple areas, HRCC can help. We will perform a needs analysis that will help us determine the best course of action to bring about the desired result for your company. We will formulate a plan to address your specific requirements and perform the necessary functions on a pre-determined, per project price schedule.

HR Products

Every HR department needs standardized HR products such as employee handbooks or manuals and forms to remain compliant with government rules and regulations as well as to streamline employee management. HRCC can create the HR tools your business needs. We can craft forms, manuals, handbooks, and other systems that will help your organization run efficiently. If necessary, we’ll also train you on how to use and implement them.

Monthly Support

HRCC can also provide your business with a fixed cost solution that provides a set number of hours on a monthly basis. We will provide personalized support for any or all of your HR functions via on-site, off-site, telephone, or Skype support as an extension of your business.
